PY hot 5 and AT @ Greenbrier State Park, MD

Got up early this morning and went to yoga at Padma. Much different class from last week, she really kicked my ass. After I drove east down 40 to Greenbrier State Park, and picked up the AT there. Followed blue blazed from the vistor center up brutal steep hill to the trail, then south for a couple miles to some big rocks with a nice view. About 5 miles.
