Great morning out, probably the flattest trail I have found in Virginia, saw a snake, big fun! About 8 miles.

Cochise, Doe, Dakota, Dwamish and back. A beautiful morning, no dogs bugging me, 4.1 miles.

Vances Cove trail

Ran the other half of Vances Cove trail this morning. Very muddy and difficult to navigate through at least half of it. Came back on an unblazed trail and 93, much nicer second half except for when some ridiculous wasp or something bit the crap out of my left calf. About 4.5 miles.

Tuscarora trail @ Hawk campground

Ran a very difficult 5.5 miles this morning. Very nice trail and running by the creek was nice but I was just tapped out.

Old golf course

Tired and sore from yesterday, just ran a slow route on the golf course, about 3 miles.

Toughest run of the year, dizzy and woozy by the end. The heat wave had the same effect on Joyce and Bob, about 5 miles.

Ran from Cedar Creek crossing up Tea Mountain and back, very nice trail, about 5 miles.

Shawnee trail loop with a bad sunburn after spending all day yesterday at Blues House, did OK though, 3 miles.

Vances Cove trail

Ran in the Washington National Forest southwest of Star Tannery on this trail. Very nice out but got loaded down with ticks, probably pulled at least 30 off myself, about 5 miles.

Rescued a 4' black snake from the middle of the road by the stadium today while on my way to the pool, about 5 miles.

South from the road to apparently just shy of the Gerhard shelter. Great run, about 8 miles.

Cochise, Hickory, Tomahawk, Tecumseh, a bit a walking with a minor hangover, 3.2 miles.
