Class this morning was a little rough and extra long.

Ran the same route again, alone. Didn't get near as cold today, must be acclimatizing finally, about 3 miles.

Ran the same route through the weeds alone today. There was a very light snow but much less wind, pretty nice. Class tonite was very sparsely attended and was a little bit of this and a little bit of that, not much of a theme. Tired and sore now.

Ran the paths alone today on a very cold and windy day. About 3 miles.

Paw Paw discgolf

Drove up to Paw Paw today and played the other 18 holes, the Whipping Post. Probably the longed course I have played, with all the trees definitely one of the hardest. About 3.5 miles.

Fort Valley Overlook

Ran from Signal Knob parking to the overlook this morning. Actually walked a whole lot, very nice out, 4.4 miles.

Played a decent round, whites to blues, about 2 miles. Later a good class.

Sherando discgolf

Played 27 holes, 3 under per each nine, about 3 miles.

Ran the usual route alone today, 3.1 miles

Nice class as usual.

3rd Winchester

Ran the short route through the trails this morning, cold out, about 2.5 miles.

DY level 1-2

Was very tired, mostly I think from jet lag, after class this morning. Vertical locust variation tweaked my back out a little too

Ran at lunch today on about a 2.5 mile loop on the airbase along a PT trail. It was the warmest I've run in for month, got flushed a bit.

Khalifa park

Ran in the park again. Went to the museum, took the ride and looked at the aqarium first. Ran the outside again and then up the middle and back, about 2.5 miles.

Ran with Joyce in this very nice park while in business in Abu Dhabi. Once around, about 2 miles.

Sherando discgolf

Played a round this morning, many birdies, a couple bogies. Cold and icey out. About 2 miles.

DY level 2-3

Asked Jill to give me a memorable class since I was leaving for UAE and she did just that. A couple of zingers I never ran across before almost killed me.

Franklin park discgolf

Played a very wet round on a rainy day. Stayed out of any heavy rain but stepped in multiple ankle deep puddles. Did ok anyway, playing whites to first tees. About 2 miles.

Ran the route alone again in a light rain, 3.1 miles.

Ran the route alone at lunch, a bit of a struggle, 3.1 miles. Another Ashtanga inspired class. I was a tired boy by the end.
