Slow run at the golf course today, about 3 miles. Very good Chasidy class with hard tracks going back years. Heavy again.

Jim Barnett pool and VH bodypump

Ran to the pool at lunch, hot and humid. Did very well though, about 5 miles. Adrienne class was great, wonderful to be back in bodypump. Heavy all the way.

Tuscarora trail @ Pinnacle

From the top of the neighborhood again, following the powerlines to the blue blazes, left till I hit a road/driveway, not sure which, and back. Nice to be back with all the green again, about 5 miles.

Interesting class, did very well, finished in the top 1/4 at least. Sprained my wrist with the stupid kettle bell that was too heavy but other than that I really liked the workout.

Zone 1 gym down Patton/S.Carolina to Hawaii, left to the corner of the base, tower 3 and back on Hawaii. The sun was low so the heat was down a bit, about 5 miles, most excellent

Ran a loop from the gym, down Patton to the fence road (called Hawaii as it turns out), down it and back. Very hot, about 117, very hard. About 4 miles.

Ran from the zone 1 gym, down the fence line to the left again, one more guard tower along than before, about 4 miles. 122 out, tieing the old record in Phoenix.

Arifjan spin

After work went to a surprising good spin class at the zone 1 gym. at least 25 people, good instructor. The hard parts were hard, the easy parts were too easy, but a good class for sure.

Went the other way down the fence today, from the gym annex by the I-Bay this time. Ran a loop, about 3.5 miles, about 117 out. The others weren't done working out at the gym so I did TRX for about 20 mins.

Ran from the top of Shawneeland again, down on some side trails and on the Tuscarora. Went on the little Rock Cave side trail, very cool. About 5 miles.

VH kettle bells and bodypump

Had a surprise with Victoria subbing for Olivia this morning, as such had a tough class. Went and ran errands then came back to the gym. Ran about 2 miles around the pond, then went to the last 94 launch class. Heavy weight again on squats, legs were thrashed after.
