Loudoun Heights and DY level 2-3

Ran and walked the Loudoun Heights loop starting at the AT center in Harpers Ferry. Tough and cold day but had an awesome moment at the top when I finally got in the sun and did some sun salutations in the trail intersection. About 5 miles. Class tonite was difficult but made it through ok.

Class was a bit easier tonite. I did they whole class in front of the heater, and stayed away from any neck flection since the chiropractor told me I may have a bulging cervical disk.

After 3 days off for several injuries, ran alone on a pretty nice day along the cart path, about 3 miles. Class tonite felt good but very hard, was wrung out at the end.
