Old golf course and VH bodypump

Ran the golf course at lunch, very nice day and running getting easier, about 3 miles.. I was the only guy in a packed room for bodypump. Did much better picking the right weights, got a better workout this time.

VH spin and TRX

Absolutely brutal 2 hours of exercise with Victoria, possibly one of the hardest I have ever done. Spin was alternating 2 minute jumps with 2 minutes of something else, fast and no breaks. TRX was ridiculous, fast and almost impossible to keep up. Started feeling woozy the last 10 minutes or so.

Took my new shoes to the gym to try them out and do a podcast. Music player ran out of juice and then I proceeded to leave it somewhere so it is lost. Did the rest with Slacker which was fine. Shoes worked great.
