AT @ Chester gap and DY open mat

Last Sunday drove down to Front Royal, parked by Front Royal lake and ran on the AT. Snowy for about half the route. It was up a hill and down to the stream on the other side, where I turned around. About 4 miles. A couple hours late went to open mat class that turned out to be a true workshop, mainly about arm balances.
