DY open mat

Yesterday afternoon, a few hours after finding out Rich died this weekend, went to open mat class. Spent almost the entire class going over fine details of the namascar a and b poses. I would have enjoyed it but I was hugely depressed and my knee and elbow were absolutely killing me.
