Millbrook HS run and DY open mat

Last Sunday ran around Millbrook HS, tried to find trails behind the school, ran around the track, and ran a bit on the battlefield, about 4.5 miles. Later in the afternoon went to open mat at Dharma. It was a hard class, did a lot of inversions, almost to the point of exhaustion.
