Hangover 5k @ Long Branch

This morning ran a 5k in the bitter cold at Long Branch estate south of Millwood, A Shenandoah Valley Runners winter series event. It was ridiculously cold, the wind blowing like crazy, about 5 degrees with the wind chill. I had on 2 long sleeve running shirts, a hoodie, running shorts, sweat pants, 2 pairs of gloves and a knit cap on and I was still chilly. Time was a little faster than my worst race for the cure, which I consider a huge victory.
