ACE workout and DY open level vinyasa
At lunch yesterday went to the 15 min yoga and ran outside for about 20 mins, beautiful day out. Last night went to open class, lots of cardio at the beginning, good class, got very sweaty. Talked to Jill about yoga for awhile after class, very interesting.
