Yoga

This morning went to 8am yoga with an instructor I have never seen before. She wouldn't let me do Salabhasana because I can't get my right elbow under my body, she stood on my feet to keep me from doing it. I was so pissed off, no way i'm doing a class of hers again. Pretty much ruined the class for me.
