104th-Gateway-Levee

I got my clearance to run from the doctor today, the xray showed no black line anymore. After that appt. I ran a loop from the 104th and Bell trailhead, up 104th st. Trail to Gateway Loop, over past Paradise intersection to Bell pass trail intersection, turned around and back to Paradise, down to Levee and back to truck. About 3.4 miles and it was HOT!
