Taliesin Overlook

After work, around 1:30 today I ran up the mountain from the 124th st. trailhead to the overlook, about 4 1/2 miles. It was hot and that was the longest run I have done since the last time I ran the same route and pulled my calf, about 8 months ago. Totally kicked ass!
