Daniel Morgan middle school and VH TRX

Ran with Joyce, some walking, didn't kick my ass like yesterday. About 6 miles. Ran about 1 miles before a very tough TRX class with Adrienne. Last time I will ever make a comment about a class being easy. A forearm pushup move with feet in the straps that no one could even do. Crazy.
