JY Sivananda and VH TRX
Easy class with Elli this morning, not such a bad idea since I'm still hurting from Wednesday TRX. After that I was the sole student for Josh's TRX class. Had a nice chat with him during class, wasn't too hard either so didn't suffer the sore arms so much.
