Padma hot yoga and AT @ Smithsburg MD

This morning got up real early and drove to the reopening weeked at Padma in Hagerstown MD. Very glad I did, Christa is very cool, the studio is nice and the class was a real bitch. Hope I can see my way to make the 45 min drive as much as possible. Right after class drove east until I found the AT on Wolfsville Rd near Smithsburg MD. Ran for about 4.5 miles, had to sweet tasting spring water at the end, tired as hell right now :)
