Beverly and Studio yoga

This morning right before lunch ran desert classic to beverly, up and over down to west loop and back, about 3 hot miles. This evening went to Studio class with Karen. Today was Marco's birthday apparently. My knee is definetly screwed, seems like a miniscus problem.
