Walmart and LAF yoga

This afternoon during football I ran thru neighborhoods to Walmart and back. Talked to the wife for 5 mins while she worked, about 5 miles. This evening went to Taylors class. The instructor from the previous class came in when it was supposed to start and said that she had a seizure and they might send a substitute. Almost everyone left, I did about 45 minutes of yoga on my own and left. A few other people did the same, worked up a good sweat. I hope she is going to be OK.
