Pima ridgeline and Studio yoga

Early this afternoon I ran the ridgeline from the parking lot to the end of pima canyon and back down pima canyon, hot as hell, raced some old guy that looked like Larry David back. This evening went to a Karen taught class, really kicked my ass, the hills have taken their toll the last couple days.
