Washington run

I just got back from my trip to visit my brother in D.C. today. The first day (3 days ago) I ran in the early morning from his apartment on 6th and I street south of the Capital, along the Potomac to the Washington Monument, down the north side of the mall to the Capital, back down the south side of the mall to 7th and back to his apartment. It was coooooold out and i managed to create a big blister running in my old shoes I brought. It was extremely cool running there seeing all that stuff. About 4 miles.
