Box canyon

I got laid off today. I couldn't really concentrate enough to finish the day so I left early and ran from Sanctuary golf course parking lot to the box canyon at the end of Quartz trail. The signs indicated 6.8 miles but there is no way that is accurate, I'm thinking another mile at least.
