Spin

Went to my first spin class at LA Fitness today. The instructor Nancy was cool and the class was hard. She puts us in groups and had us racing each other with sprints. She judged who won the race and lo and behold, it was me, the grand champion. She gave me a packet of biofreeze as a prize, I guess she dug it out of her purse. It was very, very cool.
