Spin

This morning went to 8am spin class at Chandler gym with Beth. It's funny but the last four workouts right before and since mom died have been exceptionally brutal, this morning I almost killed myself in a class that I haven't had a tough time with before. Spent rest of the day going thru stuff at her house again.
