Lost jeep run

After work today at lunch time ran from the lost dog trailhead, up lost dog trail to the intersection with the old jeep trail, about 3.6 miles. It was hot but it was beautiful out there, and I was in and out of that damn wash that I tore my calf in twice today. Later in the day played nine with Jordan at Ken McDonald. Way too many sand traps on that course.
