VH spin and TRX
Adrienne spin class and Julie TRX (last one, she is moving). Legs were tired from all the spin lately, and TRX was tough since I haven't done it in so long. All went well though, my back is fine.

VH kettle bells and spin
Went to the class with Adrienne that put me out of business back in November. No problems this time. Ran some before and after, about 1 miles. Spin class after, again with Adrienne, good and tired after.

Went to the gym around lunch. About 1 mile run, 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes stair machine. Good workout.

Old golf course
First outside run back at home in months today. It was cold and it wasn't easy because I am so much out of running shape, but I didn't have any back symptoms so I'm very happy. About 3 miles.

Went to the gym at the Park Rotana early this morning before my flight. 20 minutes bike, 1 mile treadmill, 15 minutes elliptical.

Abu Dhabi run
For some reason the park next to hotel, Kalifa park, doesn't open until 3. Weird arabs. So I ran my first outside run in months around the park. About 2 miles, starting feeling some nerve pain towards the end, its fine now.

Today did 5 minutes on the horrible wave machine, 15 minutes on the stationary bike, 1 mile run on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the elliptical, more headstands and stretching.

Went to the gym at the Radison Blu, that I have been to before. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the step machine and some headstands and stretching.

Kuwait gym
Finally got back to working out after the awful back injury, 2 herniated disk, 2 bulging, 5 involved nerve root. 4 shots in the back later and I'm at Camp Arifjan gym. 20 minutes step machine, 10 minutes on the spin bike and a 1 mile run. Not much pain, very happy to be back.
