Warm class at lunch, pretty uncomfortable but a good workout.

Though the park across Senseny and back by myself today. Legs were pretty sore from yesterday, about 6 miles.

Senseny Road loop

Ran with Joyce today for the first time, through the park, over the Senseny bridge and back through the neighborhood on the other side to work. About 6 challenging miles.

Pima wash

Not feeling so well this morning, ran up Pima road to the big intersection, then back along Pima wash, about 3 miles.

East loop-Beverly Canyon

Back in town for the first time in over 2 years for Judy's funeral, ran the east loop to Beverly Canyon trail, to Pima road and back, about 4 miles.

3rd Winchester

Ran dirt to the bridge and gravel back, about 4 miles.

Jim Barnett pool

Ran the route to the pool and back on the alternate through the neighborhood, about 5 miles.

Shawl gap and DY level 2-3

This morning ran up from Elizabeth furnace to Shawl gap on Massanutten mountain and back, about 5 miles. Very tough yoga class tonite.

C&O towpath @ Snyders landing

Ran south on the towpath to the lock at mile 74, 5.6 miles.

C&O towpath @ Cushwa basin and DY all levels

Drove up to Williamsport MD and ran about 5.5 miles on the towpath at Cushwa basin. It was nice to run somewhere flat for a change. Class this afternoon with Amanda, physically challenging as usual, pretty tired right now.

Balls Bluff

After dropping Cindy off at Dulles to go see her mother I ran at the park for about 4.5 miles. Hot and humid.

DY level 3

Another hot class, shoulder feeling better, not as unpleasant as most lately.

Woodstock bridge

Ran today through Jim Barnett park and through the neighborhood on the other side to the bridge over I-81. Man I was tired, about 7 miles.

Old golf course

Ran over to the golf course for the first time in months. They did a little mowing so it is more accessible now. Ran in there, out the entry and across route 50 through the neighborhood and back, about 5 miles.

Ran the route to Senseny road today, used the alternate through the neighborhood on the way back, about 6 miles.

Feeling a little pokey today so only ran by the pool and back, about 5 miles.

3rd Winchester

Ran while Cindy walked April and Olivia, all the dirt to a little past the bridge and back to meet up with Cindy, about 5 miles.

DY level 3

Difficult warm class with a bunch of new people I didn't know. Hurt quite a bit but suffered through.

Bufflick rd

Ran towards the airport at lunch for the first time, to the end of Bufflick where it meets Airport rd and back. 4.8 miles.

For a change of pace ran thru the neighborhood to Senseny road and back, about 4 miles.

A class emphasizing lotus. More partner crap at the end that  I opted out of.

Ran in the battlefield while Cindy walked Gizmo, dirt to bridge and then the loop, about 6 miles.

Ran from parking lot to parking lot on the gravel, about 4 miles.

Ran the long route out one exit of the park across Senseny rd and in the other, tough run. About 6 miles
