VH WOD

Another quick cardio inverval and the 300 WOD, with Chris, Whitney, Devon, Mike and Cathryn. But more importantly, everyone chipped in and got me a gift bag with a bottle of grey goose, crown royal, and a handful of bourbon minis. One of the nicest things I have ever received
