VH spin and TRX
Adrienne spin class and Julie TRX (last one, she is moving). Legs were tired from all the spin lately, and TRX was tough since I haven't done it in so long. All went well though, my back is fine.

VH kettle bells and spin
Went to the class with Adrienne that put me out of business back in November. No problems this time. Ran some before and after, about 1 miles. Spin class after, again with Adrienne, good and tired after.

Went to the gym around lunch. About 1 mile run, 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes stair machine. Good workout.

Old golf course
First outside run back at home in months today. It was cold and it wasn't easy because I am so much out of running shape, but I didn't have any back symptoms so I'm very happy. About 3 miles.

VH elliptical and spin
40 minutes on the elliptical then an Adrienne spin class. First good hard workout since before Thanksgiving. Feel good now.
