Shawneeland run and VH weights
Tecumseh, Shawnee, Tomahawk, Dwamish and back, about 5 very cold miles this morning. At lunch went and lifted using some of Jordan's pre-workout stuff, did about 1 1/2 normal with more weight as well, very nice.
