AT @ Ravens Rocks & Boga

Ran from tower access road off Blue Ridge parkway north on the trail for awhile and back. Due to the high heat and length of run, there was a lot of walking and eventually some horrible dehydration issues. Head ache, muscle cramps, dizziness to the point I had to lay down in the woods, real bummer. About 6 miles. Later went to Boga with Carissa and Cindy. It was all I could do to finish the easy class. Great food after tho!
