DY level 1-2 and AT @ Morgans Mill rd
Class this morning with Carissa, pretty difficult, did a lot of headstands at the end. After lunch ran the same location as yesterday, just south instead of north. Down, up, then down and a little up, very nice out, about 5 miles on tired legs.
