ACE spin and 3rd Winchester
At lunch today did the spin class, had the slow ride at the end. Trying to make up for my lack of running with the race looming, I ran after work. Ran all the trails at 3rd Winc., I'm guessing about 5 miles.
Old golf course
Yesterday at lunch ran on the golf course again. This time went over to the other side as well. Went around a cliff where the cart path had washed out, all the way to the east edge of the course, past the old clubhouse and back. About 4 miles.

ACE spin and DY level 3 vinyasa
At lunch had a nice half hour spin, got all sweaty. Tonite had a hard Monday night class, I'm pretty much dog tired right now and my quads are beat.

AT @ Keys gap & DY open mat
Ran this morning at Keys gap in WV, north this time instead of south. Misty and a little rainy. It was beautiful and green and wonderful. About 7 miles. Worked a half day then went to open mat. Great class like usual, inversions are coming along great.

DY level 1-2 vinyasa
After feeling crappy all week from the cold Joyce gave me, I finally made it in for yoga. Surprisingly hard class, I was awesome at tippy toe frog pose, a new one for me.

AT @ Blackburn hostel and DY open mat
Sunday ran on the trail northwest of Round Hill. It was a little chilly out, the trail wasn't too hilly. About 7 miles.
YT power hour
Saturday I went to a class in Mindy's basement of all places. It was a weird place to do yoga but it was good nevertheless.
3rd Winchester
Last Tuesday after work ran at 3rd Winchester. It was so green and beautiful out. About 4 miles.

DY level 3 vinyasa
Last night class was hard again. Landed on my big toes trying to jump back from headstand, owie.
DY level 2 vinyasa
Last Wednesday night went to class after Jill saying that class was going to be harder. It was perhaps a little harder than before.

AT @ Compton gap in Shenadoah pk.
Ran on the trail from the gap, north this time instead of climbing the mountain. It was nice, view from possums rest overlook was real nice, turned around at Tom Floyd wayside. A little over 5 miles, spring is about ready to bust out.
Hot 5 & AT @ AT @ Washington St. Pk, MD
Yesterday morning went to hot 5 class, harder than last week, loved it. After drove east to Boonesboro area and ran on the trail at Washington park. The monument is a trip, like a big stone coffee urn. Ran up and down a few hills heading north, probably 5 miles.
DY power yoga
Thursday night went to a pretty hard class, Jill asked me if it was level 2or 3, I said 2, probably was being a bit of a dick in retrospect.
