Towpath @ Shepherdstown and DY open mat

This morning drove up to Shepherdstown WV and ran on the C&O canal towpath. Struggled a bit since I haven't hardly run since all the snow started. Very beautiful place tho, along the banks of the Potomac, I will come back after it get warmer. This afternoon went to open mat class. Failed on some arm balances, got tons of criticism on poses, it was really a bit of a drag.
