Corp workout and DY all levels vinyasa
Today was busy. At lunch went for 15 minutes of yoga at work, after ran for about 20 minutes, my calf started hurting again god damnit. Tonite went to yoga and had a nice class, a bit harder than the usual Wednesday class.
