Tempe Town Lake and Spin

This morning after Dr appt I ran from Tempe beach park down the south shore of the lake to where the trail ended at McClintock, then back the other way to Priest, then back to the park, about 6 miles. Late afternoon I did went to the gym, did a bunch of arm weights, yoga poses, then a spin class with Sara. Busy day.
