Telegraph pass

This morning I ran from the trailhead on Desert Hills Parkway in Ahwatukee up to Telegraph Pass, then along National trail for a ways. At the top of the pass I managed to totally eat it running next to the road on a nice flat area. Tore open my knee and smashed my elbow up a bit. My leg got all bloody and I ran for about 40 more mins. About 4.5 miles.
