Spin and Ball

Did the 10 am spin class, Debra on vacation, Shanna from the Gilbert gym taught the class, was pretty cool. Around lunch played racquetball at Finch Park in Mesa with the boy, it has lighted courts and I think we will be spending a lot of time there in the near future.
