Old golf course and DY level 3

Ran the route at lunch at least a minute faster than I have been doing it lately, 3.5 miles. Class tonite followed theme, hips, hamstrings and forearm stands.

DY level 2

Went to class tonite, similar to Monday. Balancing on a foam block, lateral stretched, forearm balances.

Ran the golf course again, narrowly missing being attached by geese, 3.5 miles. Class tonite was slow and a bit painful, stretching hips and shoulders, had a beer after with Jill and Maria.
