This morning went to Debra's spin class for the first time in like 2 months, needless to say it was a tough hour.

Yesterday morning went to the gym and swam laps for a half hour, then steam room.

Yesterday went back to swimming at the gym at lunch, swam for a half hour and went in the steam room. The day before yesterday I had a appointment with the orthopedia surgeon about my black line of doom on my xray. He told me I might still need surgery, no running for 2-3 months, physical therapy and a bone stimulator. The physical therapist was a little more upbeat today so I don't know what's going to happen.....sigh

Took my son to play golf for the first time today, nine holes at Shalimar and he did very well!

Went to the 24hour fitness on Scottsdale Road for the 1st time today and swam laps at lunch. After that went in the wet sauna and did some crunches.

Played racquetball with my son after I picked him up from school today. All three games were hard fought and he won the 3rd game, 11-9. I am so PROUD of him I could puke, and he is so happy, its one of those parent moments that totally kicks ass. He got a victory smoothie afterwards and we did the jacuzzi thing, sometimes being dad is so cool. After that went to watch my daughter cheer at a route of MP in basketball, which was cool, but she pretty much ignored me, which was a drag. Sucks that the kids can't both be cool at the same time, eh?

I went to the doctor yesterday, apparently I have a stress fracture of my left tibia and need to get a MRI to see if I need surgery or not. He told me not to do any cardio except swimming and recumbant bike for now, absolutley no running. I'm going to follow orders for the time being, but I refuse to stop playing racquetball with my son, and we played 3 games tonite at the gym.

This morning I signed Jordan and me up for memberships at Pure Fitness, then we played some indoor racquetball. It should be alot easier now to get out to play now. We also hit range balls at Shalimar in the afternoon.
