Shawneeland run and Shine Yoga
This morning ran the Shawnee trail loop, about 3 miles. At lunch took a class at Caroline's new studio on Millwood. Reminiscent of some hot yoga in Phx and I enjoyed it very much.

Cacapon State Park
Ran a good portion of the Ziler loop starting at the Batt picnic area until getting off track somewhere in the middle of the park and running on a bunch of roads, about 6.7 miles and 1200' elevation gain.
